Marlin and Yellowfin in Puerto Vallarta

I am traveling to Puerto Vallarta to fish in September and I am looking to charter a center console to fish tuna and marlin. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good "U.S." quality boat. A super panga is fine, but I don’t want some trashed boat with corroded Penn Internationals from 1968. I’m looking for a good boat with great equipment, and a good captain (bilingual or Spanish speaking only is fine, so long as he’s good and has quality equipment) I don’t really want a big sportfisher, but a small express would be fine.
