last night whilst having a session and last cast of the night i heard a crack and noticed that the cono-flex rod that i bought of stan cracked at the spigot joint on the butt section.

We are entering a ‘one lure’ tournament with a couple of others next month in the Canary Islands.
- 5 boats (all friends) all ribs
- only allowed 1 type of lures
- all lures chosen must be made by rapala

just purchased a second hand penn surfblaster ruff stuff and need to rewhip the first ring or one nearest butt. the one bodged onto it at the moment is a 40mm fuji bhng. after looking at veals prices noticed a significant jump in price from a 30mm (£3.25) to 40mm (£8.00).
